On his official site, the journalist Alfredo Pedullà writes about Ezequiel Lavezzi’s transfer situation. Here are the transfer expert’s words: “Il Pocho wants a return to Italy, and because of this he continues to delay the talks of renewing his contract which currently expires in 2016. The player is definitely not trying to force his way out of Paris Saint Germain, and his situation also depends on whether the club makes a new signing in attack (Ángel di Maria has been linked to PSG), but the Argentinian’s intentions remain the same. Lavezzi is one of the top names on Allegri’s shortlist, a list that also includes Jovetic, Lamela and Pastore. Another possible name is Antonio Candreva, however Lazio president Lotito is looking to repair his relation with the supporters and would only sell the player if an irresistible offer is made. Milan has also made enquiries for the player, like Inter did in January, but at the moment Milan are waiting and Inter are evaluating an offer. We need to await the hot phase of the transfer window, right now you cannot push too hard. These things change on a daily basis, but there are already a few indications of Lavezzi returning to Italy”.
