Can the SempreInter authors please stop making up quotes to put in headlines? Not only is it dishonest (attributed quotes assert that the person actually said those words) but often they misinterpret the actual quote. Like in this case… it’s not “down to the details” versus “we are discussing the details of the deal”… they can mean very different things.
