According to Il Corriere dello Sport, the Bianconeri has submitted an offer to Inter which also includes a technical counterpart: 5 million euro and Sebastian Giovinco. An offer that the Nerazzurri turned down as the club wish to better monetize the sale of Colombian, continuing to prefer an assignment abroad (Tottenham lurking).
