Inter’s Serbian defender Nemanja Vidic got a one-match ban after the red card that he recieved during yesterday’s game against Torino. There had been concerns that Vidic would be in for a longer suspension because he was dismissed for what the referee considered to be sarcastic applause. That view was backed by the disciplinary commission, who said in their report Vidic aimed towards the referee “an obvious and ironic applause.”
However the suspension will only be for one game.

so this year we got red card problems.
last year we have penalty problems.
so this year the reff change to red card then,
bloody reff…
All always the same history about referees. When inter play all of them want to destroy our team
I wonder don’t they review the referee’s matches especially when controversial decisions have been made?
FIGC is an asshole ! its a straight red-card which usually guarantee a minimum of 2 match ban. Its like admiting “Ok we got that one wrong, but we somehow need to make you suffer, so here’s a one match bann. cheers.”
Stupid, wrong penalty against him should have been yellow for diving. And one match suspension for a small applause. Corruption is still going on in Serie A, the League should start recruiting new referees. The referees available makes me sick.
