Sources close to Inter have denied the possibility of Fredy Guarin being sold in January. Following reports that stated Mauro Icardi will not be leaving Inter in January, rumors of the former Porto man’s departure began surfacing.
According to undisclosed sources, despite showing Guarin the door last summer, Inter’s directors have now decided to keep him for the long haul with the hope that Roberto Mancini’s arrival will somehow spur the Columbian to reach new heights that he has so far miserably failed to reach. The same sources claim that the only possibility of Guarin leaving Inter in January is if an offer around the region of 30 million were to arrive – which implies Fredy Guarin will definitely stay in Milan.
10 million??? Some of you guys are funny. He doesn’t NEED to be sold, and we can get at LEAST 20 million for him, probably closer to 25 million. If he’s sold, great, if not, then we continue on with him, he’s not a bad player by any stretch. He just needs to play more for the team. If Mancini can get him to do that, his price will increase to 30 million at least.
