Last night Sporting director Piero Ausilio spoke to Inter Channel to talk about the match against Lazio, but also about the upcoming transfer market: “Lazio started off badly, but has since found continuity to get good results also because of playing and performing well. We are looking for continuity. We have to make sure that we bring home the next match against Lazio in front of our fans. We want to give them a gift. We have to start doing so many things, but one thing at a time. There is no need for promises, we need facts. We need to do something important and bring home the three points, which is the only thing that matters.”

Ausilio then went on to talk about the winter transfer session that is just  a few days away: “For  a few years I do not speak only of one transfer session, but is continuous. Now we have to tighten things that are already set. We do not want to deceive anyone, we have clear ideas, but we also know what the economic possibilities we have and that we can work through situations already known, but we will try to do in order to improve the squad. We will try to do something to help the coach. Last year we anticipated operations for D’Ambrosio and Hernanes, I do not want to suggest that there may be these kinds of opportunities, but the possibilities are there because there are profiles of players that may be useful to us and to our ideas. We want change, but we must take into account the parameters that we already have. The team needs to improve where we can and must, but there must always be balance.”
