According to the Guardian, Inter is interested in Micah Richards, the Fiorentina full back who is currently on loan from Manchester City till the end of the season when his contract ends. It’s said that Chelsea and Liverpool are also pursuing him.
The 26 –year-old English defender has struggled to find space for himself to play at Fiorentina making only three appearances so far, so his ex-coach Roberto Mancini would like a reunion with Inter ready to offer the defender a long term deal.

this is actually a pretty decent idea. he’s spending this season acclimatising to serie a, knows mancini and would be a bosman transfer. plus he’s basically an upgrade on every right back we own… what is ausilio waiting for? ? !
Upgrade.. well, I like D’ambrosio but he’s much better than Naga and Johonny – true!
noup to him
He’s an absolute beast. But he’s slow and with years passing it will get harder and harder to move all that muscle mass.
yes body builder beast
I watched an interview with a teammate of his from Man City (don’t remember who). He said that Micah never goes to the gym, because he turns into a heavyweight boxer in no time. It’s just his genetics. So he looks like this from track exercises 😀
LOL really? He looks Hulk’ed 😀 Is there any possibility that his team-mate joked about this?! I mean every player goes to the gym, but his upper body is developed more than average.
I’m not sure about his footballing IQ, but he could be an upgrade over Jonathan [contract expiring also].
surely a greater option than our current right back players, very strong and fast. GET HIM!
Get him
What is he only 26??? Damn feels like he have been in football for 1000 of years…
This deal is possible thanks to Mancini and Richards used to play well. He would certainly be an upgrade for our shitty right back position.
I totally agree with you! I’ve always liked this guy. He can cover right
side, center and is a psychical beast, who besides the bodywork of
a tank, is fast and has agility. He can also challenge everybody in air.
