Joachim Watzke CEO of Borussia Dortmund released a statement to SportBild regarding his hopes for Marco Reus. Reus is an important player for Jürgen Klopp but most experts believe he will be leaving Dortmund. Watzke quoted a historical example comparing Reus to one of the German football legends:
“Uwe Seeler turned down a big proposal from Inter and instead became a Hamburg legend. I would Reus to do the same with us.”
