I think Rodgers said tuat there had been no “written” offers. Make of that what you will. However if Rodgers gets rid of Lucas he will be adding another line to his leaving speech.

Doesn’t seem like it’s gonna happen right now, he’s been excellent for Liverpool lately and I think Rodgers finally realized that.
