Gazzetta dello Sport reports about the possibility of peace between Inter and Dani Osvaldo.

i read the thread and many put forth the question of apology, why osvaldo hasnt apologized yet? technichally after such incident as Management i would ask Osvaldo not to comment on anything to the media or social Media platforms, though i am no sure how i feel about him at the moment, but my guts feeling say there will be an apology soon weather he stays or left. you cant hide the truth when we saw him on cameras today next to Juan jesus and the lads, we all must have been like ” thats strange!” good sign or bad, reconceliation isnt a bad thing, but conditions must apply, he have been working on his attitude, when you are naturally as aggressive as he is, its difficult to mature and change, and newver know …Mancio could change him its the coach’s call .
Unlike Icardi, Osvaldo hasn’t apologized in public. He didn’t looked happy nor celebrated when Icardi scored his goal today. Osvaldo is a good player, but he is crazy. He has been in 10 teams in the last 10 years and none of them seem to like him. At Roma he punched Erick Lameda, at Southhampton he attacked Jose Fonte and gave him a black eye… The guy is an idiot who thinks that can get away with that kind of stuff all the time. I was really happy when we signed him because I always like him as a player and I was hopping that he would behave at inter, but I guess some things and some people never change.
I hope he stays, it would be best for both parties if they can find a common language.
We won’t have to look for a new striker, and he won’t have to look for a new club (and he won’t find a better side than Inter right now, considering the fact that the teams after him right now are the likes of Cagliari).
He makes a great alternative to Icardi and we will need rotation. Hope he can apologize and Mancini can forgive him and bring him back into the team.
I should say so.. He’s a good player.. He’s aggressive.. But he must control his attitudes…

I hope Inter will not make a huge mistake of letting him go without any quality strikers signed!! anyway, i still think Osvaldo has a lot to give for this Club and i believe he too feel the same, as he was clearly present at the game vs Genoa, which means he still cares. whatever happens after the game vs Juve, just let it go. past is the past. hopefully the Club and Osvaldo can come good like what happens with Guarin, and looked at how Guarin played today 🙂
anyway, Osvaldo is still important,be it from the starting line ups or the bench. i see Inter still lack in depth in the cutting edge although both Icardi and Palacio did scored against Genoa, but everyone should have noticed that how vulnerable this two to hard crunching tackles and sometimes Mancio got to rest them now and then. Icardi looked barely made it to full minutes and he risked getting injured. Inter cannot afforded to lose their no#1 striker at this time. and why did Mancio even considered starting Palacio when reports earlier stated he wasn’t fully fit and might even required surgery?!
Inter has to make decision, and the wisest choice is to be at peace with Osvaldo. I think he already learns his lesson for over reacting and might have sought apologizes from Mancio and his teammates.

What happened didn´t just happen on the pitch but also after the game were he was wanting in the locker room in order to fight Icardi and he also was disrespectful – to say the least – towards Mancio, so no, he should not be signed up next summer! He has been doing great (before Mancini arrived) but now we are playing with only one on top and Icardi’s there, plus Palacio and the youngsters too – so we really don’t need him! Let’s sign Gignac for free instead who also plays in a 4-2-3-1 system in France!
I don’t see the obsession everybody has with Osvaldo. The guy is ahole. His face after the Icardi goal today says it all. Sure he has quality as a player. But he cannot be allows to do what he wants. Question to all you guys that are hopping he stays “why hasn’t he apologized in public?”. If Mancini don’t wants him, he must be shipped somewhere
i think everybody is aware of the fact he is an a-hole. but we do need a quality striker. Mancini won’t ever give Puscas or Bonazzoli the chance as starters, and Icardi can’t start every single match – as for Palacio, the current one is his real position, he is more effective on the wings than as a lone striker
why are you being so negative? he didn’t acted the way Balotelli throwing the jersey to the ground (now that guy was an asshole) . Osvaldo rage could have been translated to the passion he has for Inter. I would have acted the same (and i believed so does every Inter tifosi), TO SCORE THE WINNER AGAINST JUVENTUS IN FRONT OF THEIR HOME CROWD IN THEIR PROUD STADIUM! and i don;t think he should require to make public apologies too anyway.. he didn’t kill anyone.

That was not passion for inter that was a crazy obsession to score against a team that did not want to sign him after loaning him. A personal revenge. Inter passion is what Guarind did stopping Osvaldo and what Kova did risking and actually getting a red card to stop a very dangerous counterattacking play that happened when Osvaldo was chasing Icardi to punch him . After the game Osvaldo run straight to the dressing room without talking to anybody. Reports are that he tried to continue the figth wit Icardi there and even had a big argument with Mancini. Anyway, let’s see what happens.
You’re totally – it is almost a week ago he exploded but why hasn’t he step forward like a man and said simply “I made a mistake, I’m sorry!” and then we all could move forward?
yes we know his attitude, but he is still more reliable than bona or puscas. if he want to share the spot as a lone striker with (as rotation for) icardi, it will works fine, maybe just until the end of this season. While for next season, i believes we should find a more worthy competition for icardi.
There ain’t any good strikers available for any loan deal at this time of year. and after what Inter have achieved in the recent mercato with signing of Podolski and Shaqiri, you think other clubs would play easy with Inter? people should think logic before commenting, and as far as i know, reports have claimed that both Inter and Osvaldo are seeking peace and hopefully things from the past can be let go, and everyone moving forward and get back to the original plan to achieve the European place next season.

Osvaldo needs to stay it does not call for any explanation. Inter should forget it and make a concession with him and go ahead. Icardi deserved he got hopefully He learned from it. Forza Osvaldo!

i too agreed with you and so are the rest that wants him to stay. if INTER can make peace with Guarin, i think it would be unfair to Osvaldo if they sell him now. Inter cannot always depends on Icardi and Palacio. they too need rest from time to time.

I think we should keep him under any circumstances since now that we will be playing a 4231 formation with a shortage of wingers, palacio will have to play as a winger and therefore one striker less. I think we really need osvaldo now especially that the team is blending and we need to take max points from the next 4 matches
