We won’t accept it because we are in need financially, not because we’re a “big team”. After all, Bayern accepted a loan + buy for Shaqiri, what makes us any different? 😛

As long as we get rid of central midfielders and central defenders as we got too many of ’em, it’s the same. If Kovacic goes, it will be to a big-spender and we can reinvest strong, instead of these “5-10-million-of-worth-players”. If not we have a class player. I would like to see Pereira, Naga, Johnny, Vidic, Kuz, to walk out. And then we only NEED two class full-backs(who actually can cross the ball). Already got a good enough midfield, I believe Ranocchia will grow in a four-man defense aswell as Juan who already is good enough (and if we somehow manages to keep Andreolli happy the width is really good there). Then there is the forwards. Icardi is class, Palacio should be kept (if only in the same way as Milito the ast years), and then we need to see how it goes with Podolski and Osvaldo.
If Kovacic leaves, we’ll sell one player for 30 mil to get 3 players for 10 mil each. That’s making the team more average instead of keeping a player that can lead us. I wouldn’t sell Kovacic.
As for Ranocchia, I really think he won’t grow, he’ll never be good enough. But that’s just me.
OR we can buy ONE midfielder for 20 mill. There’s plenty of them. Yeah it would be stupid to buy three in for Kova out, but that’s not what I meant by reinvesting strong.
And I know you’re not alone on the Ranocchia-issue(and I understand your side), but I just can’t find myself to give up on him jut yet.
But if we are to buy one midfielder, why would we sell Mateo in the first place? 🙂
If the idea is to make another 10 mil, I think the club can make enough money if they get rid of all the excess players like Kuzmanovic, Jonathan, Krhin, Obi, M’Vila etc. and build the rest of their capital for investment on success on the field (I’m sure that if we clean up the squad and invest the money properly we can qualify for the CL, make money off that and then reinvest in further strengthening of the squad). Besides, there’s always marketing in the picture too.
Also, I completely agree about the full backs, they are currently our most urgent problem and the team would greatly improve if we fix those positions. I’d leave space for Dodo to develop, though, think he can grow into a fine player.
This was just hypthetical though, like IF Inter gets a bidding on him. I’m not saying Ausilio should actively put Kova out on the market to sell. I’d like him to stay too, you know.
We still can get marco reus for 25 mil if we sell kova for 30mil or more
There’s no way in the world we’ll get Reus amid interest from Real Madrid, Chelsea, Bayern, City etc.
Besides, I believe Kovacic will reach his level anyway, so… no 🙂

Dont even think we have to sell kovacic,unless we cant reach the CL spot then we have to sell our best player(handa,kovacic,icardi),so now we have to sell some players like kuz,khrin,mvilla,jony,naga,pereira and maybe mbaye in januari then bring a best players like witsel(who wanted by milan) or kramer and i think juje is good enough to play as LB and d’ambrosio as RB

If we sell kovacic for 30mil euros then we can get marco reus for 25 milion euros same as his buy out clause. It means inter still make profit 5mil
So that’s why inter are so desperate for a midfield… they are planning on selling the subs
There are many more players to leave Inter in Jan and in coming summer: Jonathan, Kuzmanovic, Nagatomo, Campagnaro, Krhin, M’Vila. Also, we may need to sell some players to raise money: Handanovic, Guarin and Palacio.
