It was mentioned earlier during the season that Inter are interested in signing the England International James Milner and Roberto Mancini is keen to bring his former player to Milan who is out of contract with Manchester City at the end of this season and can come for free.
According to the Daily Star, Inter are going to offer him a huge sum of money that can reach up to €260,000 per week to convince him to join their ranks and overcome other suitors like Liverpool, Arsenal and Roma

LOL! we have money to pay someone €260.000 per week? What a great Joke!
Now i know where to go every time i need funny story 🙂
what a joke
Simple: NO!
If Inter have guts… Enter race for Danilo than wasting money for Englishman who have very low success reputation on serie a… I can see he will fail already..
What i wanna see this summer :
OUT: jonathan-pereira-guarin-alvarez-nagatomo-kuzmanovic-palacio-icardi(over 35m)-hernanes(over 15m)-ranoccia(over 15m)-mvila and osvaldo(not to buy)
IN: Schar/gimenez – lacazette/dybala – kurt zouma – schneiderlin/alderwield – susic
MY DREAM : R.rodriguez – de bruyne – schurle
Strongly disagree with Icardi…
Honestly icardi doesn’t even try ! He is lazy. Can’t pass the ball . His only strenght is finishing !
Finishing is his job, not passing.
Yes but he doesn’t fight for the ball. Just sits on his ass and waits until the ball gets to him. He has to run for the ball but he doesn’t
That was the point to be prolific striker…
He’s even more inconsistent than Guarin. Please, no. I even prefer Kuzmanovic’s mediocrity. At least it’s constant and you know what to expect.
I said about Kuzmanovic in another post.
Players from England never do well in seria a… but he is a midfielder… no, screw it don’t get him
Yet another UK daily shit gossip tabloid. British players are really overrated.
It would be better to save the money for bigger transfer campaign this summer, with many great players will be out of contracts such as Schar, Konoplyanka, Yarmolenko, Khedira, Ayew, Gignac and Luiz Adriano we should not miss the chance to rebuild the squad for free. O Mighty Ausilio, please get ready…
no chance
Yeah…There is no way we will offer him such salary.
With that kind of wages, I’d like someone who’s a safer bet than Milner. He is a terrific player, but he’s English and they don’t do well in Italy by tradition.
I don’t expect we’ll be in the position to throw away that kind of money in the first place if we don’t finish 3rd in A, and I think we won’t. We’ll have to sell one of Handanovic/Icardi, and I’d rather keep them than get Milner.
We’ve also got Schar (we badly need a decent defender), Konoplyanka/Ayew (both terrific wingers, though I don’t see them accepting rotation with Podolski, if we’re signing him permanently), Gignac (Osvaldo is leaving) all as free agents this summer.
Ultimately, though, Mancini knows best. My biggest wish is that we are in control of the process and not forced to do anything (especially regarding Icardi/Handanovic!).
man first and more important …we have to SELL someone(guarin”big wage”, johny, rano”big wage+expire contract+poor performance all the time”, perreira, nagatomo, palacio, hernanes……
Ah, but that is a question beyond discussion, sales are something that Ausilio should be thinking about day and night, we have to clean up the squad.
I don’t know if I’d sell Palacio, though. It all depends on the alternatives the market would offer. I would only consider it because as far as I know he’s one of the highest paid players on the squad, but to be honest we can’t get any decent money for a player his age.
Same goes about Hernanes, it depends on who could arrive in his place and how much we could get for him.
Finally, I don’t think Mancio is up to selling Guarin, he seems to like him, or just still hasn’t had the time to grow to hate him 🙂
Keep Palacio and Hernanes. Palacio has low resale value but his contribution for the squad is huge – STILL our most complete forward. While Hernanes costed us 15m and should prove his worth. He was mostly played out of position… And as far as I know, Johnny’s contract is expiring this summer.
