Osvaldo’s situation had went too far to the extent that he went twice to Appiano Gentile and was refused access at the gate, after attempting to physically confront Roberto Mancini twice in the locker room then went away for two days without telling anyone his whereabouts.
According to Corriere dello Sport, now Inter have suspended the 29-year-old and are reportedly suing him for breach of contract and damages as well as immediate termination. In turn, Osvaldo is said to be taking his own legal action against the club for barring him from attending training.
Author’s comment: one can easily say we’re losing this if he sued us, a similar situation happened in our favour 5 years ago when Pandev sued Lazio and won, coming to us as a free agent, simply this is bad.

Sure he can be a dick, but the club has made some serious misstakes as well.
The club should never have picked a side to start with, You have to look at the history of our club, we are never good at handling our players.
Can you imagine things?
If Icardi had made the pass to Osvaldo and he had then scored, we’d have beaten Juve in Torino, and now Inter’s front line could be the best in Serie A.
Otherwise, if Icardi leaves next summer he ‘ll be the biggest bastard Inter ever had in the roster.
Mark my words guys.
I never excused Osvaldo for what he did though…
I heard that we have agreed term with torino for osvaldo, but he only wants juve or Milan.. i have lost my respect for him.
sorry for him
I don’t. He could have apologize and move forward. But, he just could not stop being and idiot.
His football skills is quite good, not for his attitude. Better let him go.. I don’t even want to put #saveosvaldo, cause the club more important then one stupid person behavior.
I don’t remember the case with Pandev. Did Lazio suspend him for not signing contract extension, or he was punished for unprofessional behaviour like Osvaldo? This situation only show what kind of man Osvaldo is. He broke the rules and still we are willing to let him change a club and not rot on our bench till the end of a loan. And he wants to sue us for not letting him train? Oh, we want him to train, just not in our club and not with a group of people he obviously has some problems with. 😀
This situation has been taken way too far… As much as I like the way he plays he has to go ASAP
He is loaned not bought, we can’t lose any money right?
Option to buy only. So I don’t think we would lose any money.
It’s so damn stupid to even consider him in first place……I mean Inter knew exactly what kind of person he was and yet they took the chance and as always it blew up in their face! I hope we can get rid of him soon and in the future bring in players that suit the squad than individuals that are truly A holes to begin with….note that I’m not a Osvaldo fan and was against this move from the moment that the roumors began…
Mazzarri gave his green light for this transfer to happen. Ausilio just carried it out. This also shows how “local” Mazzarri was; what he means by quality and what Mancini means by it. Mancini having coached more and better players certainly knows what quality is!
He never had any problem with Mazzari tho. If there’s a thing that i can take from Mazzari’s Inter is actually Icardi & Osvaldo made a very good pair.
and i don’t know, Mancini coached Balotelli. I thought they would get along better and also the Whole situation seems preety overaggravated.
Balotelli in Mou era doing stupid thing, disrespect the fans, throwing our jersey, apologize and then he’ll back on consideration.
Cassano reported fight with Stramacioni on the pitch. Couple of weeks after i think he’s back on the team.
we don’t own him so surely us suing him is impossible and vice versa!! this guy’s a total waste on our roster—i don’t care how much talent he’s got
what can we lose money?
