Osvaldo’s situation had went too far to the extent that he went twice to Appiano Gentile and was refused access at the gate, after attempting to physically confront Roberto Mancini twice in the locker room then went away for two days without telling anyone his whereabouts.
According to Corriere dello Sport, now Inter have suspended the 29-year-old and are reportedly suing him for breach of contract and damages as well as immediate termination. In turn, Osvaldo is said to be taking his own legal action against the club for barring him from attending training.
Author’s comment: one can easily say we’re losing this if he sued us, a similar situation happened in our favour 5 years ago when Pandev sued Lazio and won, coming to us as a free agent, simply this is bad.
