Roberto Mancini also spoke to Inter Channel after the 0-1 loss against Torino: “I feel sorry for the guys, because this is the right path. We have to improve in the last 30 meters since we moved little and badly. We did not deserve to lose, indeed. Now we must continue on this path.”
“They are getting better and I’m happy. As a team and and the way they play has improved a lot. But at the same time we must remember that employees of Inter and you have to have that desire that perhaps was missing in the last meters.”

Why was Shaqiri on the bench again…he seemed ready in the cup’s game ……he left Bayern to be a starter in Inter…..he is treatin him like a mediocre player not givin him confidence

Shaqiri not playing on the field almost for a month before joining inter, he need time to adapt to team and get fit, even he play as starter in Coppa he subbed off because he can’t play 90 minutes yet day in day out, he plays more than 45 minutes on wednesday and play 30 minutes on sunday seems an ideal time shaqiri needed for now

if napoli wins tomorrow you can kiss champions league goodbye ! i got a suggestion….tank the season and focus on winning europa league ! i don’t know how you will manage considering there are great teams like Roma, Fiorentina and Torino still left – all teams that you lost to in serie a !!!!!!!!!!!! keep spending money on players, put yourselves deeper in debt so that way when the bubble bursts we will watch this team get pieced and then…..buh bye inter !!!

Well if it isn’t our deranged wannabe inter supporter, what’s popping genius it can’t be the cl
Lmao. Juve have died a million times like the expression given to cowards ie those who cheat, steel and the worst which is betrayal where as a soilder keeps on marching ie. Inter.
Now we can see a pussy when we see one you wearing lipstick doesn’t mean you had to b one lmfao. It will only get better for us where as for juve when u get knocked out again it means yr out of Europe for good. Ha ha ha that’s real funny and that is what popping wanna be inter fan
lol, i love hearing statements like “it will only get better for us” first off i have been hearing that for over 3 years has it got better? NO ! secondly, try looking at inter’s situation from a different perspective….ask yourself “can it get any worse?” the answer is YES !! may i suggest calling back mazzarri, at least his points per game average was better than mancini and he’s not going to bankrupt the team to get results either !
He’s really an Interisti, all right. For a hater, he knows too much about our policy and internal.
Even if he isn’t, he must have been wanting to see Inter on the top gear again.

I agree he is a big time interisti, the signs are clear his knowledge/passion and I also bet he’s one of those secret eaters lol

There’s no without ball player movement, someone who hold the ball and create the space, and lack of the desire to win. That’s what I see from the match!
i agree…too static
I really think we should try Van der Vaart for attack midfield, trequartista position. Give Hamburg both Kuzmanovic and Krhin. Van der vaart is the guy who can open spaces and make defence splitting passes. I think he can combine well with Shaqiri.
He hasn’t renewed with Hamburg though he is captain. Mancini can convince top players to Inter. Let’s give him another chance at a top club like Inter. Sell him on the project.
And you have to remember that mancini shaquiri left the bayer why did not want to be on the bench he must hold strip palace he puts palace and end of career does nothing since the world cup he sells and hires a young striker
Especially Inter should assume an outright play at least on hometurn. There is a little room for Mancini to get improve last 30 meters play due to lack of massive center forward. Icardi is only a baby-maker at the moment not a massive striker so it is impossible to dismantle a compact defence. Palacio is out of form, moreover from the midfield there are no direct pressures. Unfortunately there are no qualified players who can imply with requirements of Inter level so however we have great expectations form the team we need to put up with these qualities which not more than observed performance right now.

Ok, he kns the difficulties that inter has in the final third and I trust mancini will not rest until he gets his man in the transfer. I bet y guys the days of loosing to these teams will come to a end and we WILL rise to the top again!!!
And the coaches have to remember that represents Inter and when you’re 9th, have a goal at least Europa League and desperately need win at home against relegation team, it’s not very smart decision to put in defender instead of attacker.

He put in Donkor to release Kuzmanovic from right defender position, where he played after Shaqiri-D’Ambrosio sub. That was neccesery move since Kova was awful when he was set back to play next to Guarin. Torino slowly started to win the ball in the middle so it was clear we needed Kuzmanovic back as defensive midfielder. If You ask me it was justified move.
But if you ask me, when the result it’s 0-0, you’re 9th and playing at home against relegation team like Torino. It’s more reliable to put in offensive player if you wanna win, instead of bringing a defender. Playing 30 minutes with three at the back it’s a risk, but you can’t win without taking some risks, when is needed. Whatever, it just my opinion and I’m tired to repeat the same all the time.
But Mancini did that, didn’t he? He put Shaqiri for D’Ambrosio, which very soon led to the chaos on our side and more activity on Torino side (4 shots in 10 minutes), and the result of this was introducing Donkor. And before that we were controling game with 70% possesion, having Torino in defense mode for almost whole time and 7-8 of our field players attacking (in a sleeping manner but still attacking). Putting another offensive player would mean we would still be attacking with 7-8 players, so what’s the difference, beside that Torino would try to use that instability in our back, like they did in those 10 mins?
No, he did nothing! Because after substitution Shaqiri for D’Ambrosio, he put Kuzmanovic as a right back and we continue to play with four at the back. It’s a huge difference if you attack with extra offensive player like Puscas or Hernanes, instead of fullback ( Obi or D’Ambrosio ) who’s totally ineffective and even can’t make one good cross for the whole game. And yes, with three at the back, we will leave more spaces for counters, but when you wanna win, you have to take risks. For us draw with Torino at home is almost equal to defeat and in the end Mancini’s tactic fails.
Well like I’ve already written, during those 10 minutes between subs of Shaqiri and Donkor Torino showed us that this kind of risk is not worth to take. Unexperianced boys like Bona and Puscas or out of form Hernanes wouldn’t change too much offensively. I understand You, I would also like to see some crazy offensive Inter there, but with the current state of our defense the risk was way too high.
Well, that won’t lead to anything, so lets not drag this further. Cheers. 😀

It has to go faster faster faster with less mistake.. We cant play the ball around for 10 min then lose it, we need to attack with speed!!! And we need CB that have played with each other more then two games, we can’t chance pair because they do one mistake!!!
