It would be interesting to man the midfield without a hard man- a trio of brozovic, kovacic and hernanes. Problem with playing guarin along side kovacic is that they dont play well together. Guarin wants to dominate the ball and kovacic lets him and thus kovacic disappears. Kovacic plays off hernanes so well and I’m sure it’ll be the same with brozovic. They’ll give up a bit of toughness but will dominate possession better

Maybe they decided not to suspend medel… he got a yellow card on a foul he did not commit… but changing a booking is very unlikely
