The captain of the night Fredy Guarin spoke to Inter Channel after the loss, here is what he had to say.
“We were a bit tired but we still created chances to score. We tried it until the end, it was a good game. The post? I am sorry about it because it was the right time to score again. But unfortunately it went like that, it is a shame. On a personal level I am calmer no, I have confidence. And now there is continuity not just regarding my role but also for the games. I manage to find the space and to pass the ball. Everything starts with confidence, it starts in the head.”

“We need to believe it, the important thing is to aim for it. Then obviously we need continuity of results and play.” Guarin then goes back to explaining how much better he feels on a personal level.
“I feel better all the time, important for the team and the coach. And this helps me to help others who don’t feel the same confidence. The captain’s armband gives you a bit more. It is something very important that makes me proud, but Ranocchia is the captain.”

I think the burden as captain playing against him last night, he looks over doing everything. He think he should carry the team by himself, its borderline one man show in my opinion. Too bad after several good performance in the previous match.
