From my experience of following forwards arriving from South American leagues that they have to have at the very very least 0.7 goal to match apparence ratio. Because in European leagues a 0.5 goal to match apparence ratio is considered a good forward. However he seems to be more of a supporting striker/winger so it’s a 50-50 chance.
