British media have been reporting today that Davide Santon will stay at Inter permanently.

The full back who had an injury plagued spell with English Premier League club Newcastle United is reported to have done enough to convince Inter his injury woes are behind him.

FCIN today spoke to the player’s agent Romagna Renzo where he confirmed that a permanent deal is close due to a clause in his contract.

Santon who re-joined Inter on loan in January has started 9 matches and been a substitute in 1.
