Lukas Podolski who was called up to the reigning world champion Germany national team received compliments from a teammate. That teammate was none other than Bastian Schweinsteiger who spoke about Poldi during the press conference:
“It is important that he is here because it is good for the team spirit, he is a great player and he will show his worth at Inter as well.”

Really hope he does
It really just takes one game to kickstart everything… I can’t help but think if he got the assist against rube when he found icardi that his career would be seen in a totally different light…his confidence would be higher as well but now having no assists or goals coupled with being voted the 2nd worst transfer in Serie A and hitting the post a few times rather unluckily he’s jusst beginning to think that this club isn’t the place for him but I hope he gets something under his belt sooner rather than later for his sake and the club’s.
