He has worked in England where they have a different way of thinking, he has a different style and he gives a lot of opportunities to the younger players. We get a lot of advice and this is important for young players who need to develop on both a personal and a professional level”.
And then a comment on his experience with the national team: “I am ready to make my senior national debut. I need to play, but I think I’m ready, I can’t wait to begin. We have a great team, a good manager who wants to qualify for the Euro finals 2016 and I think we can do it. We are hopeful, there is confidence in this group because we are united. You can’t blame mancini, blame the players who have been a consistent disaster
its not team fault its mancini, his job is to motivate all players and choose optimal starting line up and what are his results ??? we were eliminated from EL, Coppa italia, no chance for CL or EL next season, lost against shit teams fighting for relegation and all that because of his lack of coaching skills… just check his record since his return in inter, we have more defeats than wins, in calcio we are next to teams fighting for relegation!!! in order to win calcio next season we have to buy him messi, ronaldo, and half the stars in the world!!! when he was in turkey(low quality league, with only 2-3 teams with old , at the end of there football so called football stars, he demanded for players like drogba, snajder and so on and even after that he DIDNT WIN THE CAMPIONATE!!!!! take off you pink glass and start seeing the things the way they are! and the true is mancini is not good coach, he got luck because of calcopoli, when inter has 3 starting eleven lineup that ca easily win the calcio, but in europe he failed hard , everyone in europe was mocking us because we was strugguling but keep playing shit players on the field when on the bench we have players for almost 300mln!!! in man city it was the same he wasted so much money and couldnt even pass the group in CL..so just admit it he is not good coach, just laying on old LUCKY glory!!
He has the ability to bring good players and he is very convincing on team building… the only fault is his subbing, You choose to be cynical. What are we supposed to do, kick mancini out? And who will replace mancini? Another benetiz? Mazzari? In the last 4 years coaches couldn’t do shit… except leonardo that already had a good team… I see change with mancini… he won’t win us the CL or anything, but he will rebuild. Then after we get a good set of players, we can go for a coach like Simone or José
