Inter being punished. Seeing how the squad did not manage to do well against Parma and only got away with a draw Roberto Mancini does everything he can to wake the team up. Due to the poor performance today the coach has withdrawn the Easter holiday the players we’re given for tomorrow. Mancini informed the players that they are expected to show up for practice at Appiano for a session at 8.30, to try and see what is going on. “Maybe I am not good at making myself understood”, Mancini repeated during the press conference.

Finally they get punished, they were supposed to be punished at least 3 weeks ago.. I mean it took Felipe who came from a mediocre team and joined just to fill the void of our defence line up to show these dimwits what it means to respect the team your playing for, even though his not that skillful. I am sick and tired of these boys, they need to man up take responsibility.

We actually played better under the first few games under Mancini then now. We were pressing high up the pitch, played faster and more direct, where has it all gone?
After that first few games we started playing much slower, with too much short passes and stopped pressing the opponent..
Mancini should abandon 4-3-1-2 and get back to 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1, it doesn’t matter that we don’t have ideal players for that, it would strecht the pitch and give us more fluidity.
weren’t that (almost) always the same case with new coaches where the players think they all have same chance to get in the first team and they all “show off” their ability for the new coach hence a better spirit and eventually a better team

the rhythm is always the same, began with era after mou…we always got better results in a beginning of new manager, and slowly other teams read our tactics, but we as usual never be fluid in tactics and didn’t imply variation, so we played like static robots until the new manager took over…it’s always the same pattern, knows why?

It is not just you Mancini, nobody except Mourinho was able to get this team to perform. You were sacked and he took over from you and left immediately because even the great mourinho knew he couldn’t manage this team (i guess). Don’t blame yourself. Blame Moratti, he wasn’t strong enough.
