Erick Thohir is angry just as all the Inter fans are. The state of mind of the Inter president is underlined by Inter Channel director Roberto Scarpini who said that the president was not happy at all with the 1-1-result today. But he says Thohir is convinced that Roberto Mancini’s work with the help of the team will make sure the situation will change fast.

Give the players who underperform 2 weeks without salary and training on their day off and you will see them run their asses off next game. The club is too soft. Thats why everyone can do what they like. No real competition for the starting eleven. Players can underperform for months and still be sure to start the games, example Icardi, Guarin, Ranocchia, Juan etc. These guys will never loose their place in the line up no matter how bad they play. Other clubs like Juve, the competition is hard for starting eleven, they have to perform or loose their places.

exactly because the more pressure u put on the player the more mistake they will make let us figure the one that is worthy of our shirt and sell the rest cabarge

i can not understand the bad performance of the team.. in my mind the players are more than good enough. look at the players of parma for gods sake. hernanes, kovacic, guarin, shaqiri. This is one of the best midfields of the league. icardi is good. palacio have some weaknesses unfortunately. defence is ok. seriously, why can’t they perform?

They are good enough players on paper but it seems as though they are all down on confidence besides the likes of icardi,santon and brozovic.Today I thought Mancini missed a trick… If podolski was to start any game for the remainder of the season it should have been this one..high off confidence from scoring in the international break he might have really showed what he’s worth,might not be much but would be enough to save us the blushes in this game.To be fair to Puscas yeah he’s young and really looked like a lost boy on the pitch but this is what happens when a player with limited experienced is shoved into the starting eleven having barely been used as a sub…it’s ridiculous to say the least.Hernanes should always be ahead of Kovacic in the picking order especially when he looks to be the best attacking midfielder we have after shaqiri.Even if,our subs are being deployed too late to make any real impact.It’s as if we have given up and down for the count.This is not the way of Inter and it is unacceptable to see such low intensity in our play.Mancini needs to motivate these players sooner rather than later or we will never progress.We cannot buy a full team of stars if that’s what Mancini wants.We need to develop the young players and stop giving chances to players who serve no purpose in the foreseeable future.
absolutely agree with you there. i think also some squad rotation would be good. the players seems deflated from the pressure. i think with atleast podolski and maybe hernanes in the starting lineup, the game would have been totally different.

Mancini first need to understand that we don’t have oli wells and Thohir project will be build around young talents like Icardi, Kovacic and Shaqiri with or without him. After that will be very good if he start learning how to make proper substitution, because Hernanes in 89th minute is a disgrace. And in the end if he continues to insist on untouchable players like Ranocchia, Guarin, Palacio, doesn’t matter how they preformed. Not they, but he will going to pay the price.
