This is the “mantra” that was repeated over and over during the poll that FcInternews had on their Facebook page where they asked their readers who should coach Inter and which players would be the key ones to keep for next season. The ones with the highest votes were Mancini, Inter’s bomber up front, the newly arrived Swiss International and the Croatian fan favorite in midfield. Santon and Brozovic were also popular, something that shows that even though the results have yet to arrive the fans are still happy with the January transfers.
Mihajlovic got 3 votes as coach for next year, and just one for Bielsa. Medel and Guarin were not popular, neither was Handanovic. D’Ambrosio, Palacio and Bardi each got one vote. Quite telling that none of the central defenders (captain Ranocchia, Juan Jesus, Andreolli and Vidic) all got zero votes. Just like Hernanes and Podolski who have been disappointing at Inter.
Here are the results from the poll when on their website (over 2200 voters): 27,12% Mancini, 19,98% Shaqiri, 19,39% Icardi, 12,34% Kovacic, 2,71% Santon and the rest were below that.

Sell Guarin and get Yaya. That’s the only economical reason that would allow us to get Yaya. Allan would also be an upgrade on Medel – younger and sharper. Sell Kuzmanovic. Sell Handa for UCL.

I agree with the players they should build a team around. A massive clearance is needed and fast. Vidic, Andreolli and Ranocchia need to be rid of. Obi, Kuzmanovic, and Hernanes should make way in the midfield. I’d keep Guarin because when he’s on, he’s on and plays well. In attack, Palacio needs to leave since he is getting older and Podolski needs to be sent to middle of nowhere since he is completely useless. I’d keep Handanovic unless we can get Petr Cech. We also need to let go of many of the co-owned players that are terrible as well. Overhaul with quality needed. There are good signs ahead with the players we want to bring in. It’s the players brought in the past that suck minus Podolski. Our Moratti bought the cheapest options out there for us. Thohir isn’t afraid to spend money on a good player. Hernanes was the first example. Yes he hasn’t done well his year but last season he helped us out and stabilized that Mazzarri wanted and attacked very well. Thohir will spend it if needed trust me. Our fortunes will turn around soon and I can see it coming. That which cannot last forver, must inevitably end in terms of bad results/season. We are Inter an Thohir will turn our fortunes around in time.

Palacio is gold but he’s getting old. He is class and has given everything to this team, but his age limits him and he should at least be benched and have a lower wage at this point.
Mancini, Icardi, Shaqiri, Kovacic, Brozovic and Santon are literally the only ones who should be certain of staying.
I’d probably sell ALL the rest if it were down to me and if it were possible.

This was a bad format of poll IMO. It was like which one do you want to stay the most. If there was a poll with the full roster and checkbox at each player, it would be far mor accurate, as I am sure that more than 3% would want someone like Santon to stay.
