Sky Sport’s Massimiliano Nebuloni was at Appiano Gentile today and he gave the latest updates regarding the probable formation against Roma on Saturday. Since Fredy Guarin is out (gastritis) the three starting midfielders should be Gnokouri, Kovacic and Brozovic. In defense, Danilo D’Ambrosio will probably start over Davide Santon while it seems that Hernanes will start yet again behind the strikers Icardi-Palacio. Shaqiri on the bench once again?

This team needs certain players to gel for next season and the time to start is now… Why start Palacio in these last few games even though 100% he won’t be a starter in August. Unless they still think Europe is possible we need to play the likes of Icardi, Shaq, Hernanes, Santon as much as possible. Guarin out in these 2 games is a blessing. Kova has time to try to play himself into the first team.

Benching Shaq won’t do anything but piss him off. He chose Inter so he could develop himself and it is in our best interest to work with him as he is good and will become even better.
Agreed. I think we should have him play off of Icardi as a cf and give Palacio a rest
It is true, Hernanes has a greater range, power, and his energy is high again. Let him start. Shaq, can give any of the three up front a rest.
Roma can test any teams endurance and will. I think Mancio should be quick to replace the tired or slack. Shaq will play.
i just don’t think he is a better attacking midfielder than hernanes , on the wing is where he should be .
