Match winner Anderson Hernanes to Mediaset Premium:
“There are still three more games to play with heart and repeat what we did today, we want to give it our all for the Europa League. We are working on getting Inter higher up, we are building towards it.” The former Lazio player then continues to explain why the team plays better away from home.
“What is blocking us at San Siro? It is hard to play against teams that out ten men in front of their goal and that play meaner than we do. Even today when we were two men up it became difficult because they closed up. My role? I find it easier to play when a team looks to score, because if you play defensively there is less space.”

We’re wasteful because we have D’Ambosio’s “crosses” from the right, Brozovic’s passes down the middle and JJ’s… I’ll call them “attempts” from the left side. Add Guarin’s fixation on killing birds and Poldi’s misses on clear goal and you get a team that can’t score even 20 percent of the chances it produces. The good thing is we’re at least creating chances. Under Mazzarri we were the most predictable team in the league.
Yes, we need new fullback and striker
The small teams park the bus against all the big teams but other big teams find ways to win not draw. Inter do not shoot on goal enough with accuracy. Wasteful
This man gets it. Our biggest problem is smaller teams closing down(aka parking the bus). We lose so many points on draws against teams like Parma. But I think we have a chance against Juve if we play smart and IF Icardi gets his shit together(sooooo wasteful lately) and turns on the Juve destroyer mode.
Icardi’s conversion rate has been dreadful all season
Not really, I mean Icardi scored a goal for every 5.5 shots this season, while Tevez did for every 5.4 and Luca Toni for 5.7. But the chances he was given vs Roma and Lazio. I mean he had 2 easy goal chances in both games.
