There have been talks about Sergio Romero as a possible substitute for Samir Handanovic at Inter. The Inter goalkeeper has been linked with Roma but now according to Alfredo Pedullá Roma have instead contacted Romero. This due to the difficulties in reaching a deal for Handanovic. Romero’s contract with Sampdoria expires in summer so it would be easy for Sabatini to get him to Roma, says Pedullá.

Samir you should stay, after 3 years you will be a legend of Inter, if you go to club who compete for CL you will be just a number there..
With great respect to you Samir, bu t if you leave i will no longer appreciate you because somebody who loves his club will stay there..
Just take a look at Buffon – he was relegated to serie B and look where he is now, in the final of CL.. My opinion if you leave i will still respect everything you did for Inter, but i will know how much Inter means to you.. If you stay and fight for CL, maybe in two-three years you will again play againts some big club in CL and all Interisti and all Europe will respect you more, then they will respect you if you will play againts Inter in CL, and look at this – you left us because you want to play in CL.
Samir do what makes you happy, if that means leave us – then just go, if you stay you will be our legend, probably a captain in three years in Inter when we will play CL.

Doesn’t matter. He will likely leave in any case, and with good reason and with best wishes from me. He deserves a competitive club whilst he can still play in his prime.
