Inter are close to sealing their first signing this mercato with regards to attackers. Stevan Jovetic of Manchester City looks set to join Inter after the two clubs struck an agreement yesterday for a two year loan worth 3 million euros with a mandatory redemption fee of 12 million euros. Premium Sport reports that the clubs are now reviewing the final details of the deal, which will be finalized soon. The player will arrive in Milan on Wednesday, and conduct his medicals a day later. With regards to Icardi’s back up, Inter are saving this option until other objectives in the mercato are met.

he didn’t play a second during City’s australian tour, that really is a good sign
welcome Jojo
12 mil redemption? Awesome!
I think the 2 year loan is even better instead of 1. Good deal!
If true and thats a big if its a give away. Why are City always subsidising cheapskate Italian clubs while buying at a premium from them? Illogical.
Take Liverpool. They sell Torres for 50 mil pounds and they pay 30 mil for Carroll. This year they sell Sterling for another potentialy 50 mil pound and they got Benteke for 33 mil. I mean Benteke he is ok and we see how good was Carroll but again 30 mil pounds each!!! Very irrational when comes up to the English team transfers!! 🙂
Hmmmm Icardi’s backup…Drogba maybe? Though that’s not a long term solution I’m afraid nobody atm on the market is good enough to be a backup for Icardi and when I say that I don’t mean that there isn’t any but not with out financial constraints we can’t get a world class striker after we get Persic unless we plan on selling someone important to the club.So yeah I’d go with drogba for 1.5 mil tops salary and see how it goes from there…if anything we still have the JTW to snatch up someone.
CAN’T WAIT!!!!
