Yea Hernanes needed some time but Hernanes is more complete than Shaq. AMbidextrous, good jumping/heading, tracking back and good vision. In the end Shaq was bought to replace Hernanes but Hernanes woke up and ever since Shaq has been a bench warmer. If he continues to do so we will lose more money. With Hernanes and Jovetic able to play backup in that position he really has no room.
