GUYS! Calm down! In a real match Icardi would had passed to Palacio, and we would had gone a goal up. We are just conceding on counter attacks, and this rarely happens if we are a goal up. Jovetic will eventually gets Palacio’s position, so we will be faster on attack, and Mancini will have to use Montoya and Santon at the same time, and put Juan on the bench. So it will just get better.
Mancini is a winner, and that’s why every player wants to work with him. Give him at least a half season with a team that he wanted!

I dont really look into the pre-season matches, and to be honest i havent seen the galatasry match. However it may be, the team is just testing itself and forming linkage between each player. Some people do not fully grasp that there are some new players and that changes the dynamic of the team, which really means it will take some time for the players to understand each others movements and when to pass best and when not too.. its better all of this is through the preseason and not the start of the season. Lets just not take these current matches too seriously also because the players do not exert themselves as they would when the match actually counts for something.
The second I saw Mancio passing notes to Gala players having great fun I got pretty worried…..I know its pre season but it was a shit pre season and the fact that he is laughing passing notes instead of worrying how limp and lifeless we are is a big problem for me…roll on the 1st game of the season because pre season has brought nothing as far as hope for the coming season. This is very sad because we actually live in hypes with all this new players. I remember how we hail our players just because they made a single good action/move from whole 90 minutes game like they already doing something super big.
This remind me couple time ago i had a good long arguments with people in previous page of this site (maybe some of you notice what i mean), i said “the most Inter’s problem were tactical aspect and Mancini failed to deliver it with his calibre and history tells Inter were not lucky with winger”, as much as i try to make them understand yet i failed, so i think it’s better to let time tell me whether i am right or wrong.
I am not losing my patience, but for me this is disaster if a coach like Mancini failed to deliver at least “a sign of improvement” with this kind of squad. We need to distinguish between “support” and “wake up call”.
you have to realize that our team doesn’t even have a definite formation and this transfer window we replaced half our starters or more, and there are more players coming in the next 3 weeks, like Perisic. This is a building phase for Inter, lots of testing and experimenting.
Changing coach is a very bad idea at this point. The problem is that we need to reach C.L for financial reasons, but the team needs time to adapt and the players need time to understand each other and learn how to play together.
Also, most of our players are under 25, they need time to develop and they need a leader to help them on the pitch, which we don’t have.
Inter is in a very difficult situation right now.
I didn’t like part when you say “experimenting”. We’re not in position of having anymore time for “try and error” and i believe Mancini knew it. If we want to see our Inter in top 3, we need to skip “experimenting” and be ready since the 1st game.
Since 2011 we cost at least 10 games each coach for their experimental tactic, every time new coach coming we cost another 10 games and so on. Mancini can’t do experimental tactic on real match or we will lose a lot of points.

Please Hernanes didn’t had an off day he have been really bad all pre-season. He is not good enough. He is so slow and his trough balls to the forwards are lame. He should play Guarin there instead behind the forwards. At least he has some pace and is hard to stop when he reaches max speed. Guarin is actually the guy with most assists in Inter believe it or not. 16 assists in 2 seasons i read somewhere. Ok mate maybe I don’t have same patience as you. Being a trequartista is not about scoring. Hernanes was injured for most of his career at inter so you can’t compare stats over 2 years. I would like to hear guarin’s shot/goal ratio… because the shots would overshadow the goals (probably) Guarin’s best passes are usually from far away and are sudden, so I feel like he wouldn’t do well upfront. I’ve said it before… guarin is better at being a DMF, just watch him when he plays for colombia
I compared stats for last season not over 2 years. Last season only 2014/15. Guarin scored more goals. Lol yeah his shooting ratio sucks. 1000 shots one goal. Hernanes should play deeper like DMF, he is so slow but he has good vision and passing. He would be our Xabi Alonso. The problem with playing Guarin that deep is his passing sucks and he would loose the ball in dangerous area.

Jojo is not a winger plus he hadn’t played in a very long time. Jojo is a SS/AMF. Perisic is a RMF/AMF/SS/CF: very versatile.
Our only player who is a pure winger is Shaq. (failed at WF and AMF). That’s a big reason why we wanna dump him.

Not only lack of goals is the problem, we conceide too much goals.
We only conceded 1 goal in most matches. Even against Real Madrid we conceded 1 goal in the first half when they were playing their strongest team.
This defense is way more solid than last season for sure.

we’re getting trouble scoring a goal, pressure built up, we paid too much attention on offensive play coz we want to score badly, but yet the goal didn’t come, and suddenly we conceded a goal, usually either simple goal from simple mistake or lucky goal, and we lost the game.
we badly need forward player(s) who can create something by himself, not just excellent finisher who completely useless when he didn’t get any service from teammates. and also because we only have THREE forwards players at this moment!
That is great Mancini. Let them practise where to find the opposite goal posts and how to shoot when they have a chance at goal and pass when they have no chance at goal but somebody else might be able to score. You also have to remember Inter supporters have very high hopes this year but can’t wait forever to see a goal in favour.
