According to reports from Sky there could be developments in Germany that could have an impact on Inter’s transfer market, currently blocked by the failure to sell players.
Inter reportedly has rejected Schalke 04’s offer for Danilo D’Ambrosio (4 million plus 2 million bonus). The negotiations for Xherdan Shaqiri are still ongoing and when the Germans have sold Kevin-Prince Boateng, currently in negotiations with Sporting, they could return to close the deal for the Swiss national. In the meantime, according to reports from Bild, Borussia Dortmund has made surveys regarding Shaqiri.
Once Shaqiri is sold, Inter will go for Ivan Perisic and the directors of Inter has confirmed their intentions to Wolfsburg, so as to be ready to buy the Croatian for about 20 million euro (remains to be seen if it initially will be a loan). This proposal should be enough to convince Wolfsburg to sell the winger Mancini has asked for.

Rano is a fine back-up and still pretty young, and with a new fresh contract we still have time ontill next summer to sell him if he still sucks then too, as for Guarin he fits into the 4-3-3/4-3-1-2 system we have used so fare, even playing on “the wing” in a 4-2-3-1 has worked for him in the pasted – but playing him central as an attacking mid or as one of the two centrals in a 4-2-3-1 is suicide! Besides Mancini likes the muscleman Guarin and wants strong players like him in his teams!
When will this crap be over i am tired of it..if i was Inter i would sell Hernanes for like 15m but Perisic and play shaqiri as #10 even tho Shaqiri is my preferred player to leave but he doesn’t want leave…
I agree now would be a good time offload Hernanes, the problem is we don’t really have cover for his position aside from Jovetic. Kovacic and Guaro can cover in a pinch but it really isn’t ideal.
Shaq tried the AMF position and failed bad, he doesn’t have the vision for it. Hernanes will lose value as he ages and Shaq will lose value sitting on the bench or displaying his limitations in Serie A. They are both going to lose value if we don’t move them this summer.
I would rather sell Shaq at a profit of ~2mil than to take a loss on Hernanes. Hernanes is in our starting 11, he’s worth more to us than market value.
if we could sell Hernanes to buy Perisic Mancio would use 433 system instead of 4312 like now when we have Hernanes so AMF isn’t really needed
Seems like the 4-2-3-1 is the system he wants, and with Melo and Kondogbia in the middle he makes space for Hernanes to play in and the Perisic and Jojo can play on the flanks! I liked to see Kova on one of the flanks to – think he can make some serious damage starting his runs from the wing, moving central – like Ronaldinho used to do or even Iniesta!
