Updates regarding the injury of Nemanja Vidic came earlier this evening. The Serbian defender will have to undergo back surgery to be able to continue playing football. He will be operated at Humanitas di Rozzano by professor Fronari who performed the same operation on Gigi Buffon a couple of years ago. The hernia of Vidic is not as serious as the one Buffon had so the defender should be at the disposal of Roberto Mancini within 3-4 months.
