Ex Inter and Udinese coach Andrea Stramaccioni is back in the world of football but not as a coach however. Instead Stramaccioni will take on the role of football commentator for American channel Fox Sports where he will commentate on La Liga, Bundesliga and Premier League matches.
His debut comes early this Saturday where Manchester United take on Tottenham in the first fixture of the English Premier League.
Also in the agreement is a clause that would allow Stramaccioni to leave the television network should he receive an offer to coach.

Best of luck to you coach !
alas, we didn’t make it, huh…
Hope one day u’ll be back !!
LOL, he just like his players from the primavera. over-hyped by that next gen series and overrated by the fans.
nobody want him as a coach after his ‘great’ seasons with INTER & udinese, and now he’s running out of money. you should spent that free paycheck from INTER more wisely, LOL
The man, the myth, and the legend 😉 , but and in all seriousness I would have to love to see what he would with this new team because I would think it would be very entertaining to watch
Mancio also toward as television commentator..
Lol
A fantastic coach and a gentleman . Wish you all the best strama !
Funny he will commentate in english.. he already had a funny italian accent.
He’s from Rome, isn’t he?
yea he is, have you heard him speak?
Yea but found nothing wrong with his accent.
Fox sports?? Does that mean he will commentate in English? or is there an Italian version of fox sports?
Strama is a talented coach, but he needs to be more independent (he listened to Moratti way too mach (Sneijder’s saga), and let Branca did what he did (Livaja-Rocci case, Coutinho, etc), and also needs to learn to be flexible and unpredictable in tactics. If he does so, and start coaching in a league other than Serie A, I have no doubt he will be successful.
His udinese team w 9 men made our team look so stupid. I wish him well and I would like to see him back st the helm in 10 years
What are you talking about? Stramaccioni is not A good coach. Yes, indeed his tan with 9 made us look pathetic, but it wasn’t his team, it was our team that was pathetic. Every team in the league made us look pathetic, and that my friend is a fact. He got sacked , and that means something. No wonder why Deki left him all alone. This guy is not inter material.
not yet but he will be, he’s the brighest young manager out there. Oh wait maybe Mourinho the best coach ever in the world was wrong when he supported Strama and said he was good? What other young coach have you do so well with a team in his first season in the big leagues only to lose the pace because of injuries?
Another case of the popular Haterade opinion I guess…lazy thinking.
Lazy thinking? Look man, I’m sick of you commenting that every one opposed to you is completely full of hate to the team, the players, and staff. Just because Mourinho said he’s good? Mourinho thought Quaresma was good for Inter, was he good for us? I like Mou, but I don’t consider him God to tell me what’s good or not. Now, refresh my memory because I really don’t remember him (stramaccioni) being as magic as you said he was.
you’re sick of me hating what exactly? All is do is support the players, the team and the staff. The only one I call out is Shaq because he’s overrated, overpaid and won’t leave ASAP.
I don’t have any hate, I just reply to the haters who always fling crap at either Mancio, Guaro, Rano… and now you at Strama.
Sick of you criticising those who think different than you by calling them haters. By saying such a word which is not insult, but it tends to downgrade people here of the love they have for the team. If you don’t like certain comments then don’t reply. Respect the love or dislike of people for players and coaches as I do with you and your dear Mancini and Guaro.
sick of calling the real haters haters? LOL
I don’t hate anybody, I think Shaq is overrated and fat and kebab boy but I also do list some of his positive qualities. He is the only member of the team I criticize.
Meanwhile peeps like yoself ripping on everybody like you’re takin’ names in prison showers.
People downgrade themselves when 20 of them in a row tap themselve sin the back for all posting ‘bird shooter’ haha omg mlfao omg… please
take a seat son!
People like myself? OK… Thanks for your being “mature”. Obviously I got you wrong as everybody else here.
Sneijder also regarded him as a genius.
I also regarded him as a genius… when he won with the Primavera.
like father like son. our primavera until now also known as talented young player but struggle to make leap.
all the best for you Strama! Please return to Inter in the future!
He always welcomed in the future.. stramala
No! What exactly have we achieved with him?!
We had the best attack in europe with him and thats a stastical fact. We played beautiful football then injuries destroyed everything. Hes a great coach. .. see udinese at 9 men vs us last season.
Yeah and the WORST defense!
He was so great that Udinese kicked him out!!!. We need a coach that brings us CONTINUITY, this was Mourinho.
If you are looking for flares, then you should adore Mr. win or sink Leonardo!
you asked what we achieved and I answered by showing you we had the best attack in Europe. Despite our weak defense we were outscoring opponents, even in Europe.
Had it not been for injuries he would have done much better.
Btw I also did like Leonardo 😉
At least our team had grinta and you could say it was a true-to-character pazza inter, unlike the sterile anonymous teams of Fatsobenitez, Ranieri and Mazzarolex
Agree with you… This guy is one of the worst disappointment I’ve ever seen as coach for inter. I wish he had stayed with Primavera, that’s where he belongs.
you didn’t see ranieri, benitez, gasperini, mazzari? all aboard the hateparade!
Oh yes, I did see them, but their failures did not surprised me. I feel sorry for you if you did believe they could do something for our team
The BEST attack in Europe he says…
Beautiful football he says…
I don’t remember that. The only thing I remember is not qualifying to Europe for the first time in a while. And, if there was magic as you said it was, then that only has a name and it was Antonio Cassano. Plus, Rodrigo Palacios best shape in his career.
then you must be smoking too much of the funny stuff. Go watch the game replays brah, maybe jog your memory.
We didn’t qualify for Europe due to like 15 players getting injured. Do you not remember that either? DO you remember us being at the top of the table before injuries? Do you remember us beating Rube and Milan?
no, no you obviously don’t.
I remember we were 2 points from the top before the winter break. It’s all downhill from there when a storm of injuries and penalty-less half season ruined everybody (including our prince Milito)
That’s…interesting.
Wait.. what happen to strama?? Did he get sacked or did he leave from udinese?
sacked I believe
please check where udinese ended up in the league.
with better players in INTER, he brought us to 9th place.
and of course it wouldn’t be surprise if he brought udinese just two position from serie B.
