I’ve watched naga today and idk..it seems to me as if JJ should be the one being sold..yes he’s versitile being able to play as CB and LB but is he any good in those positions? NO ..he has awful positioning at CB and at LB he can’t put in 1 decent cross…Icardi was starved of service in the TIM cup as we all know he doesn’t drop deep to collect the ball..not one decent cross but when naga came on it was different..we looked more threatening.Though naga isn’t that good he is better than JJ for sure at LB.It could also be that JJ has been working really hard and played in all the preseason games while naga has been fresh due to being transfer listed but it’s not very promising to me.
Naga is pretty good in attack, he has the speed to push up and drop back, he knows how to cross and can score the odd goal. Yes he’s weak in defense but as an attacking outlet his running is useful.
well all of ours FB is not good enough in defense, so i think we must keep naga coz he’s good at attacking and running. and in preseason i think naga show consistency than the others
you are right. to sum up: Naga is much better in attacking phase while sucking at defending, opposite for JJ who is better at defending but awful at attacking…
If I were Mancini I’d attack from the right trough Montoya who is well at this and at the same time JJ wouldnt be allowed to more forward staying back an defending with M&M. If we buy Prisic then I would also start to attack from the left
