Most of the guys on the bench could be starters on any team and yet they barely play just to collect a fat paycheck and play for the legendary blues or los blancos. It doesn’t make sense. And they just keep buyin more guys. Ødegarrd will probably never regularly play for Madrid but he still went just cause it’s Madrid. I obviously do not have world class soccer talent, but if I did I wouldn’t go to a tip top club unless I knew I was on a higher level than most everyone on the squad cause other than that you will never get serious minutes

According to one of my madridista friend, Rafa’s actual transfer target is Lucas Biglia (now you see, Kova is a major upgrade compared to him). Just a reminder, this is the club where we found even Arjen Robben, Sneijder, Chuchu, Mike Owen, etc sitting pretty on the sidelines warming the bench. It’s these kinds of transfer they made.
I don’t know, the deal itself was done by Aus not Mancio. Being realistic, i saw nothing wrong with the deal, after all we aren’t exactly the ‘Inter That Once Was’. As long there is excellent amount of money, every player is for sale. The same kind of transfer policy Sevilla or Atleti is already taking (and look at how they are doing these past few years).
