Kovacic to Real Madrid is the deal of the day and the two teams are working to close the deal which will see the talented Croatian joining the Spanish side. According to Sport the Inter player was not the Real Madrid first choice this summer. The first choice was Wolfsburg’s talented Kevin De Bruyne. The Germans are known not to give any discounts when it comes to their asking prices, (as Inter are well aware of) and they refused to consider any offer below 70 million euros for De Bruyne. This made Florentino Perez decide to invest in Mateo Kovacic to please Rafa Benitez. Sport reports that Inter and Real are very close to finalizing the deal, a matter of hours.

Mancini includes young player into first team activities and gives them some chances to show their qualities (3-4 matches). Natural quality players like Balotelli and Gnoukouri will stay longer and play more regularly as a sub. But, players like Puscas or Camara will be loaned.

I will love Kova if he brings in 50mil, I feel bad for him though. His career will stall if he goes to Madrid like 99% of the youngsters who go there. Madrid is a team you go to when you’ve been playing at your hightest level for a couple years (Bale, ronaldo, modric etc.).
