Not just Perisic and Perotti, Inter are looking at Dries Mertens as well as confirmed by Tuttosport:

“Attention. Contacts between the two clubs were made today but the first reply from Napoli was a negative one. Should Napoli not be able to reach an agreement for Maksimovic they could go for Juan Jesus or Andrea Ranocchia.”
