Gianluca di Marzio reports on his website that Diego Perotti is close to join Inter, whilst Nagatomo could leave the club:
“For one Diego(Capel) who arrives at Genoa, another one leaves? Yes that could be the case. Diego Perotti could leave Genoa to join Inter. The player is coming closer to join Inter in negotiations that could be solved by some players being involved in the deal. In this deal, Nagatomo could be decisive. The winger is wanted by Gasperini who has called the Japanese international and it seems like Gasperini has convinced Nagatomo to join Genoa. Perotti-Nagatomo, a shirt swap comes closer.”

I don’t think Perotti has top-player mentality and while I like his guts, I don’t see Keita Baldé Diao as a winger but rather as a forward.
Cuadrado would be my first choice but he is somewhat unrealistic target. Mertens very hard to get, same with Lamela. Ljajic I like but I haven’t seen enough Gabbiadini or Balde Diao to judge them.
I think Perotti is good enough to start but we need someone on the left side too.
Taking our financial situation into consideration I’d settle with Perotti and Perisic.
Left-back is also needed and I think Criscito or Masuaku would do the trick.

Jovetic is not an AM.
He has played as AM for City and Fiorentina in the past and has the right characteristics for it because his off the ball movement is very good and he is good at creating chances out of the blue, as well as with taking on players 1 on 1 because of his dribbling skills. Also a good shooter and finisher, which is in line with the hard-working character of both Perisic and Callejon.

Totally agree man… Yes naga is not a high class player but from preseason he is the best FB we got, all FB we’ve got is not good enough for defense but at least naga is better in attacking play. He good for sub, and sell d’ambrosio instead and get the new quality FB and then sell naga.

No, Nagatomo has no idea to defend. Didn’t you see D’Ambrosio’s performances in Europa League. He scored several brilliant goals while Naga was struggling to defend and also attack. D’Ambro is far better than Naga.

Naga-perotti swap would be damn good. I have confidence in perotti. I know him since long time ago. In his first year in serie a he has done great. Perisic jovetic perotti upfront sounds good enough.

Kova has always been running around on the pitch like a headless chicken – sure he has technic like Maradonna but he doesn’t know really what to do with ball except just running around with it himself!
well, If you think kova running like headless chicken, I dont know if you watch enough game of him. It is true, he has some problem with his final product. But this will improve with time and teammate around. In the last couple of season, we lack of midfield/forward players who can hold the ball create space and make off ball run. If you play football you will know, if you teammate are static, it leaves you with limited choices. It is part of the reason why he tend to over-dribble. I was happy when k-dog and jojo comes. Cause I think finally kova will have good partners. But now i guess, it is jojo who will be trapped with the same situation as kova.
FYI Pirlo/seedrof was not good enough with us either. It does not means they cant improve. Good coach can develop a talent to a true star.

If you want results you need to invest – just look at UTD; one year out of Europe and they started spending like crazies! We havn´t got the money they do but we have young players to cash in on in order to get experienced proven players in stead.
We made 35 mil on Kova the same as we splashed out on Kondog so now we have broke even (more or less) and Guarin (who has improved ALOT under Mancini), Brozo (who I like alot)and even Hernanes (who in the role as trequasta has been great) are all players that fit into the system of Mancini – Kova never did!
I´m not interested in Lavezzi but I think Perotti which someone else would be great!
the creativity and help for Jojo/Icardi will come from the flanks and the wingers and of cause from the box-to-box players (kondogbia and Brozo/guarin/ Melo/… )

I agree. I wanted this guy at Inter ever since he was at Sevilla. It’s true that due to injuries and inconsistency he couldn’t make it at Spain but doesn’t mean he couldn’t revive himself. People just love to call this player off because they are angry for selling Kovacic but it’s overreacting. But he should not be the only player who arrive for the attack. We need both Perotti and Perisic.
