I really believe we’d benefit from Siqueira has better dribbling than JJ, has experience from Benfica and Atletico (he played well and ok in that order) for both not a star nor top player but he is certainly better than any of our current fullbacks in general… Can defend and attack, He comes from our youth setup well only positives in this deal.. Melo I don’t really know, but he brings something to the table, he is more of a bully than anyone in our current team and that may be hellpfull although a good attacking mid would be better I believe but.. at this point only Mancini can tell

We have kondogbia, and i think mancini want to change kondogbia like toure in city, so medel can play alongside with medel in 4-2-3-1 formation. So we dont need to buy another DM, save the money to bring another quality attackers
Only medel is not enough for DM. . With melo , we can give big pressure to the other side. Gnoukuri has talent but still not mature enough. Our goal is get back to CL next season. Trust Mancini , I think we will be top 2 this season .

I feel like this is a wrong move. 9m for Siqeuira and 10 million for Eder, we might as well just move for Lamela/Mertens and buy one of them instead of these two players.

Well, I still think positive. Our left full back still weak. Inter can’t buy Bale at this time. Eder or Borini are mediocre players.
Siqueira is no upgrade over JJ and is like 5 years older. I have no idea why we would sell JJ to buy him. And we don’t need depth in fullback region. I was all in to buy a fullback while there were good options(Kurzawa, Coentrao….), but now only players like Ansaldi, Siqeuira and Criscito are left. They don’t offer valuable upgrade.
JJ will not be sold according to Mancini, so maybe he will play him as a backup CB and LB
Actually if the loan fee 2m Euro for Siqueira plus 1m Euro for Eder, i’d say this is potentially good bargain signing.
But instead of paying 3m now and 17 million next year, we could get Lamela or another quality winger for the same money. I would much rather have a quality winger than a mediocre-ish striker and fullback.
Well, if we don’t have a left full back and Mancini want left foot natural .It’s really dangerous from tactics point of view. Every team definitely attack from left flank. For Melo and Eder I don’t know what Mancini think.

That loan fee alone might the same as Lamela about to receive for a year if he really came. Well there are alot of factors for getting these two:
1) We need a LB and there aren’t any good LBs that are cheaper than 5 million except for players that are Schelotto’s quality
2) Both Tottenham and Napoli will want outright payment not on installments or loans with obligation
3) I believe Eder is both vice Icardi and a player that is versatile, and Lamela is only one of the things I’ve said
4) De Laurentiis, shall I say more
We need a LB that can offer more than JJ, but there is no such fullbacks left for us to get. It was good to buy another fullback when we had options like Coentrao, but now the remaining options don’t offer upgrade over JJ. And we definitely don’t need depth in fullback region. But we are lacking good wingers.
I think Siqueira is a good option, a good crosser and dribbler, as Juan wasn’t much of both, so I think offensively Siqueira can add depth and begin attacks, JJ needs time to be a better LB
JJ has showed improvement as a LB and he can do better now that Murillo can also cover for his bad positioning. I just think we could invest a money a bit better, since we crucially need a good starting XI winger.
Yeah I agree, but the problem is time, we screwed up in bringing a LB because of the whole Perisic and Shaqiri soap opera, sadly we are out of time but I still think Siqueira is the best option giving that there is only 2 days left. And we need him even if he won’t be a starter because of injuries and bans
I totally agree with Karim.. Sequeira is a better option as LB, since we need a plug and play player for the team.. we can’t waste time waiting for JJ to get more comfortable as LB..
