Ezequiel Schelotto spoke to O Jogo shortly after his contract with Inter was terminated. Schelotto revealed that he has several offers from different clubs:
“I have several offers in Europe, but also from Argentina. There is also an offer from Sporting Lissabon, a club that attracts me because it is one of the biggest ones in Portugal. Now I need to really think about this, and also speak with my wife to see which might be the best option. Lissabon is a beautiful city to live in but I don’t want to give any false hope. There is just an offer. Physically I am doing well, I was training with Inter up until we ended the contract and now I will be working out with a trainer.”

Too bad we had to terminate his contract for him to get that he is not welcome at Inter. Could have helped us with a bit of transfer fee.

Well no club will offer him as much money as we did in the Branca era. So I think he wanted the cash, greedy bastard, could have played in Starting XI in teams that offered, but no, he wanted money.
