Diego Milito was interviewed by Olé about his future. A future that is still uncertain, as il Principe reveals he has yet to decide whether he will continue at Racing Avellaneda or not. During the last game against Cruceiro de Norte the fans honored him with a standing ovation to convince him to stay.
“You never stop being surprised by the affection from these people, I will always feel in debt towards them. But I still have not decided if I am continuing or to retire. Should I continue I need to know that I am 100% fit and can still give my all.”
One thing is certain though, coach Diego Cocca revealed that he is leaving the club. Something that caught Milito and the others by surprise.
“It was a choice that surprised me, we did not expect it. But these are personal decisions that are to be respected.”

Wish we still had you and Cuchu in our team… 🙁
The prince must return to retrieve his crown at Inter. He must retire here and we should retire his jersey number. Give ljajic a different number. This man won us a treble with his amazing goal scoring ability when it mattered most. Scored in every championship game in 2010. Forza Inter Forza El Principe
No he cant retire here even tho i appreciate everything he did for us, hes way past his prime so its time to move on. This is a new Inter and a new era my friend. Not every player we had have to retire here lol.
I did not mean to play. I meant him coming here to retire. Not to play a single game. The article says he wants to leave racing and if he does that means he wants to retire. I am just saying it would be nice to retire his jersey at inter after all he did. Not see him play 🙂 I am well aware of new era, take in my picture 🙂
Oh my bad bro! Ofcourse i want that to happen as well 🙂
