Pantaleo Corvino, sporting director of Bologna talked to Sky Sport about Jontahan Calleri who is rumored to Inter. Bologna could be involved in the deal that Inter are pursuing with Boca Juniors.
“We will evaluate what is needed and what we need to improve. We need to do something about sales. We haven’t begun talks yet. We wanted Calleri this summer, we contacted Boca who replied that he was not for sale. A month ago we asked to get him on a loan with a right to buy, knowing he was highly priced. Boca asked us for some time and then told us that they’d sold him to a Uruguayan club and we are trying to understand the situation to see if we can get him on a loan.”
