The Liverpool Echo writes that Everton and Aston Villa are ready to make a move for Nemanja Vidic in January. Everton manager Roberto Martinez has said that he wants his nice guys on the team to get nasty, getting Vidic in the team will ensure a tough guy and a winning mentality.

The former Manchester United captain is said to not to be part of Roberto Mancini’s plans for the future and that the Inter manager is ready to terminate his contract in January. Which would mean Everton or Aston Villa could get him for free. Vidic underwent a surgery for a hernia in August and has not featured in the Inter squad so far this season.
