Luciano Moggi was sentenced to pay court costs yesterday in the cases he brought against Inter, Telecom and Pirelli because he felt spied in the years before Calciopoli, the Court of Florence ruled. If illegal conduct “resulted chargeable – writes the judge – probably at Pirelli (…), can not be Moggi’s invasion of his private life, because he is the subject of criminal investigations that have had a definite outcome.”
