After Inter, through an official announcement on its website, confirmed the agreement practically reached with Pirelli for the five-year renewal of the partnership, the online edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport reveals the figures that, most likely, should be close to those that led to an agreement between the two sides: “‘The agreement should be about 9 million per year plus bonuses for a total figure of 45 million euro.”

We can’t compare ourselves to the likes of Barcelona or Man United, but compared to Ac Milan we now have a shitty deal. They get 17 millions euro guaranteed every season, previously we had 13 and now we will have to do with 9?!?! Yes some bonuses are included, but what will we have to produce to get them and how harsh are the requirements? According to the other article we could get 14 millions, but was that if we won the league and qualified for the Champions League? Then the deal is a shitty one, having Pirrelli as sponsor for many years has been great with our history and they having ownership in the club. But that also mean that they are well aware of our economic struggles,and I would gladly have someone else sponsoring us if that meant we would get more stability to our financial situation than being a romantic regarding history. As a bad financial situation can end the future of our club, what will history do us then?
Pirrelli have over the last couple years profited from being a sponsor to Inter, speciellt in regions such as Asia, South America and other where Inter is a popular club and regions having people now able to buy cars and have Pirrelli tiers on their cars. And now with this new deal they really gained the most.
