Tuttosport outlines a possible scenario for this summer where Roberto Mancini decides not to make the moves of Adem Ljajic, Stevan Jovetic and Alex Telles permanent. According to the paper the coach deems that Eder and Palacio are more functional with Mauro Icardi and underline the buying both Ljajic and Jovetic would cost Inter over 25 million euros.

As for Ljajic there should not be any problems since Inter have a right and not an obligation to buy the player at the end of the season. But in the case of Jovetic things could get tricky, there is an obligation to buy the striker when he has played a certain number of games or if Inter finish in a top 17 spot. Theoretically Inter could leave him on the bench for the rest of the season, but will still finish among the 17 so the obligation will still stand.

This means Ausilio would have to talk it over with Manchester City once more and the player’s agent to see if another club is willing to buy the player for the 14,5 million euros Inter and City agreed on. Maybe another PL club like in the Shaqiri case?

As for Telles it is deemed unlikely Thohir will be willing to spend 8,5 million euros on the defender seeing as he is not a regular starter. In all likelihood Ausilio will try an renegotiate with Galatasaray and see if they will let him leave for half that.
