Antonio Conte will not be replaced as national team coach by Roberto Mancini. Speaking to BBC Sport, the nerazzurro coach has clearly explained: “I still have a year of contract at Inter. My job is to rebuild a great team, therefore in this moment the hypothesis of me taking charge of National team is impossible. Maybe in future it could be an option, but only when I’ve finished my work at Inter. If in that moment the opportunity comes up then obviously I would lend my availablilty, seeing as being the azzurro coach is a very important role. But I repeat, at the moment it is impossible.”

Words that therefore remove further doubt on the intentions of the Inter coach, who wants to honor the commitment he has made with Inter and for now will reject the sirens of Azzurri and those of other clubs.
