People forget that we need him for more than his backup qualities. Sure he isn’t the best around, but he is a very good backup player! Plus, he is considered as a god in Japan. Shirt sales are through the roof over there. He helps us launch our brand in Asia. His 200.000 euros extra per year is nothing compared to the shirt sales and brand awareness that comes with him. If only there was a good chinese player around we could snap up too.

new contract still okay, but raise in salary is too much…i dont mind he’s still with the team..but salary raise should based on good performance. Then again, he might be decent as far as he played for us, but he cost the team too much (red cards, penalties, errors leading to opponent scoring…). BAD.
because almost no good players wants to extent their contracts with us, we just stuck with decent and decent
