I’d actually prefer if Mancio leaves instead of Jojo and Ljajic. They both did some great things along the season and instead of building on their form, Mancio managed to screw it up almost completely. I know they’re difficult characters, coaching them can’t be easy, and the Montenegro national team has something to do with Jojo’s situation, but that’s why you’re paid the big bucks and you should also be a decent psychologist to get the best of your players.

Actually I should correct myself. That would be Mourinho’s logic if he saw fit changing a player’s position for the good of the team. Mancio, however, knows he needs players in entirely different areas, so instead he buys players in areas he already has players.
