“Of course we are, we have done a lot to return to Europe and now we need to win which is what this team should do.”
When asked what the first thing that comes to his mind is when thinking about what needs to be done better he says:
“Continuity of course, to win the title or be in the top positions you need to be more consistent. Constancy is something you create.”
In the second half of the season, Inter have secured fewer points. What has been the problem?
“The two halves have been completely different, maybe in the first half some teams played more open and there were more spaces.Then in the second half of the season teams that had goals played a different type of game. It is up to us to get our results and play our game.”
But what was the problem?
“The problem was us. Then there are ways for us to affront the games and ways for the others. Empoli had nothing to lose today, but if they needed to save themselves from relegation it would have been a different game. We need to impose ourselves on the pitch.”
