Sassuolo Chief Executive Giovanni Carnevali was asked by Gazzetta di Modena about any talks between Sassuolo and Inter regarding numerous players who’ve been linked recently in Sime Vrsalkjo, Domenico Berardi, Francesco Acerbi and Alfred Duncan: “Inter asked for Vrsaljko, it’s true, offering us several players; we are evaluating it but there are also other clubs like Napoli and Atletico Madrid. Berardi-Inter? At the moment, only voices. We are no obliged to sell him, we want to enforce the team not weaken. We want to know Juventus strategy, to talk with his agent and the player, then we’ll decide. Acerbi? We wouldn’t renounce to him, I think and hope he’ll remain with us. Same thing for Duncan.”
